Magnesium Oil
Around 60% of the population are deficient in magnesium, one side effect is sleep problems. Introducing a magnesium supplement by way of a spray on the skin can make a big difference. This one is suitable for children as well as adults. This is a sensitive version which reduces stinging/tingling.
